Z Plus Consultancy & Z Plus Academy

Z Plus Consultancy and Z Plus Academy operate under the umbrella of Sashakt Samajik Shikshan Seva Sansthan, a dedicated non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to skill development and education. Established in 2012 in Harda, Madhya Pradesh, the organization has been actively engaged in implementing various government-led skill development training programs.

Through Z Plus Academy, the organization offers short-term and skill development courses in diverse fields, including IT, banking, apparel and garment, beauty and wellness, and healthcare. These paid courses have successfully trained and empowered over 10,000 students, providing them with employment opportunities and career growth.

The NGO also undertakes numerous social welfare initiatives, including:

• Formation and development of women’s self-help groups
• Literacy awareness programs
• Women and child welfare projects
• Swachh Bharat Mission campaigns
• Capacity-building training programs
• Swami Vivekananda Career Counseling Programs
• Urban livelihood centers

Through these initiatives, the organization has benefited over 2,000 women and BPL families, helping them access government welfare schemes and bank linkages. Additionally, 1,000+ street vendors have been trained and provided financial assistance. The organization has successfully operated urban livelihood centers in Harda, Shajapur, and Agar Malwa, supporting economic growth. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization contributed by manufacturing and distributing over 40,000 masks and 5,000 PPE kits.

With government-funded training programs, Z Plus Academy has trained more than 15,000 students, equipping them with employment opportunities and self-sustainability.

Z Plus Consultancy specializes in education, higher education, foreign study guidance, advanced education, skill development training, job placement, career counseling, entrepreneurship development, capacity building, and startup support. The organization has established tie-ups with over 20 private autonomous universities across Madhya Pradesh, ensuring seamless admissions for students from remote areas. Furthermore, SC, ST, and OBC students benefit from government and university scholarships, making quality education accessible.

Z Plus Academy also collaborates with private boards to offer 10th and 12th-grade education to school dropouts, elderly learners, and students from remote areas through Vidarbha Board and the Rural Open Education Institute. This initiative provides a second chance for individuals to continue their education and secure better career prospects.
